Job Description: Warehouse / Event Equipment Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse / Event Equipment Associate to support the preparation, handling, and organization of audio-visual (AV) and event equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment is clean, inspected, organized, and ready for upcoming events and assignments.
Primary Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect equipment returned from event associates.
Clean, dust, and prepare AV equipment and materials for the next assignment.
Load and unload AV and event equipment safely.
Pack, label, and organize equipment for shipment.
Handle LED screens, video-wall equipment, and related materials.
Assist with equipment preparation, event setup, and teardown.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
Assist with general warehouse duties and event-production operations.
Follow safety procedures and proper equipment-handling practices.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, AV, event production, or equipment-handling experience preferred.
Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to assist with event setup and teardown as needed.
Schedule & Work Environment:
Warehouse and event-production environment.
May require standing, lifting, bending, and moving equipment for extended periods.
