Our team resides in New York and New Jersey and work on a wide variety of matters involving trucking, general liability, construction, product liability and more. Role Description: This is a full-time role for a Legal Billing Coordinator based in New York, NY. Primary responsibilities include managing processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and working closely with attorneys and clients on billing-related matters. The Legal Billing Coordinator will also work as a liaison between our external billing team and our attorneys and clients. Strong communication and deadline management is a must. Knowledge of legal billing appeals is required.
Qualifications: Proficiency in Billing Process and Invoicing Excellent Communication skills for liaising with attorneys, clients, and team members Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities Familiarity with legal billing software or related tools is advantageous Prior experience in a professional services or legal industry environment preferred Knowledge of legal billing appeals is required. Salary$65,000-$75,000
