Travel: up ~20% •
Base Salary: $80,000-$110,000 + incentives/bonus that could potentially double base with on track sales Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for winning new business? We're looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand our presence in the printed circuit board (PCB) market. This is a hunter role focused on generating new revenue, opening doors with key decision-makers, and driving long-term growth across industries including Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Industrial, and Commercial Electronics.
What You'll Do: Business Development: • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and target markets • Identify and engage OEMs, EMS providers, and other strategic customers • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, industry events, and trade shows • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through quotation, negotiation, and close • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and customer presentations • Participate in RFQ/RFP opportunities and contract negotiations • Develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity tracking within the CRM • History of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals Customer & Internal Collaboration: • Build trusted relationships with new and existing customers to drive long-term business growth • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer service teams to develop winning solutions • Communicate customer requirements, engineering changes, production updates, and delivery expectations • Travel to customer locations, trade shows, and manufacturing facilities as needed (up to 20%)
What We're Looking For: • 3+ years of business development or outside B2B sales experience in the PCB or electronics manufacturing industry • Demonstrated success generating new business and achieving sales targets • Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing, fabrication, and customer requirements • Experience managing RFQ/RFP opportunities and complex sales cycles • Excellent prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated with a competitive drive and hunter mentality • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office • ERP experience (SAP or JD Edwards) is a plus • Willingness to travel up to 20% • U.S. Citizenship, Permanent Resident, Asylee, or Refugee status required If you're energized by opening new doors, building lasting partnerships, and closing complex manufacturing opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
