About the role

Kaleidoscope Education Group is seeking a licensed AZ BCBA to join our remote team supporting children in a treatment setting across Arizona. This position focuses on designing individualized, ethical client programs and guiding one-to-one therapy. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data with families, adjust treatment plans, and participate in team and family consultations. A sign-on bonus applies for licensed candidates, with a supportive, mission-driven environment.
