Job Description:
Receptionist – Full-TimeJoin the Honda of Fife Team! Honda of Fife is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Full-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership. Our customers are our highest priority, and our Receptionist plays an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment a customer walks through our doors or calls us on the phone. What You'll Do:
As a Receptionist, you’ll help keep our dealership running smoothly while providing exceptional service to every customer.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming dealership phone calls promptly and professionally
- Warmly greet and welcome customers and guests
- Direct customers to the appropriate department or notify the appropriate team member when a guest arrives
- Provide helpful and friendly customer service throughout the dealership
- Work cooperatively with Sales, Service, Parts, and other departments
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including typing and data entry
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times
- Assist with other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate is:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable speaking with customers both in person and over the phone
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
- A team player who enjoys helping others
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and ExcelAble to represent Honda of Fife in a positive and professional manner
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
- Compensation
- Starting at $18.00 per hour, with an opportunity for a pay increase after successfully completing your first 90 days.

Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
