We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual who is passionate about contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet all customers with a friendly and professional demeanor. Offer assistance or direct them to the appropriate team member as needed. Loading and Unloading: Accurately load customer vehicles or trailers while adhering to company safety protocols. Yard Maintenance: Keep all areas of the yard and barns organized and tidy, maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Inventory Management: Assist with tracking inventory, ensuring stock is properly managed and organized. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company and OSHA safety rules and regulations to maintain a secure working environment for both team members and customers.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to repeatedly lift heavy materials and operate machinery as required.
