About the role

Title Closing Administrative Assistant Edina Realty Title is seeking a Title Closing Administrative Assistant to work in our North Oaks, MN closing center. Work as part of the closing team and become an integral part of our buyers' and sellers' big day. Work schedule is 8:00 am 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. This is an in-office position. This key role provides support for our closing staff, assists with closing coordination, cuts checks, assists other members of the title team and handles some of the title closing processor functions when able. This position will also help answer phones, prepare closing documents, monitor office email, order supplies, maintain office equipment, and respond to requests.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of high school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Clerical or administrative experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business helpful.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent telephone etiquette, customer service and listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment required.
  • Strong communication skills required.

Wage: $22 - $24 hourly plus company incentive.
