About the role

Lapeyre Stair seeks a hands-on, highly technical Lead Engineer to own the full lifecycle from concept and configuration through fabrication and delivery. You will lead a small team of Solid Works designers, work directly in CAD and ERP tools, and engage customers as the technical authority on stairs, platforms, handrails, and welded assemblies. You will establish engineering best practices, mentor engineers, collaborate with Sales on scoping, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturability,
