About the role

SISCO, a Cottingham & Butler company, is a leading third-party benefit administration firm dedicated to maximizing the value of employee benefits for our clients. We pride ourselves on delivering an effective, yet human, experience by hiring the best employees and equipping them with the best technology. We’re looking for a people‑focused, results‑driven Service Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll develop motivated, high‑performing employees and ensure our clients receive accurate, timely, and exceptional service. Your leadership will directly shape the experience of both our team and our customers.
Essential Functions: Ensure direct reports meet performance and accuracy goals. Lead, coach, and develop team members through training, feedback, and recognition. Oversee hiring, supervision, and retention of service staff; conduct performance reviews and support professional growth. Share daily/weekly feedback with Quality Assurance and Operations to identify trends and training needs. Maintain turnaround times and call standards that meet or exceed client and SISCO expectations. Manage daily workflow and projects related to PPO and Provider Maintenance
Experience: Medical claims and customer service supervisor experience preferred About SISCO: SISCO was established in 1980 as a boutique third-party administrator dedicated to the administration of unique, complex plan designs. Today, SISCO is recognized as a premier third-party administrator for employee benefits, serving 600+ employers and 1,000,000+ members from our headquarters in Dubuque, IA. For the past decade, many Health Insurance Carriers and Payers have been quietly driving industry trends in the wrong direction. The result is a lower standard of prudent review and ever-increasing costs. Our strategy is to simply administer employer plans with the same care, diligence, and expertise we apply to our own benefit program. Learn more at www.siscobenefits.com

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
