NiCE is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join NiCE Labs Research (NLR). You will evaluate and optimize AI models, including speech models, across Cognigy’s agentic systems, and work with NLR to extend evaluation frameworks and build proof-of-concept implementations.
