About the role
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment
- Lead and manage a team of ten warehouse associates, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems, including tracking of on hand stock and conduct of cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Utilize ServiceTitan's replenishment features to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory
- Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and streamline operations
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping of products
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse staff in accordance with national safety and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise
- Approve invoices and ensure timely and accurate processing of payments
- Generate and analyze inventory and operational reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the HVAC, electrical, or plumbing industries
- Proficiency in using ServiceTitan's replenishment features
- Experience with Stampli and the ability to approve invoices within the system
- Strong experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management
- Knowledge of inventory management and control procedures
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
