About the role

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a junior associate to join its New York team. The ideal candidate will have experience with M&A and/or advising start-up companies, venture capital firms, or other emerging-growth businesses. The role involves working closely with clients across the start-up and venture capital ecosystem, counseling early-stage companies and entrepreneurs, and representing companies and venture funds in venture financing and M&A transactions.
