About the role
Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Alumni Employment Data Representative will conduct outreach to alumni via phone and email to collect employment-related information, supporting the university's employment outcomes reporting efforts.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct outbound phone and email outreach to collect employment and career-related data from alumni
Document employment information and outreach outcomes accurately in internal reporting tools and databases
Manage confidential alumni information in accordance with university policies while maintaining professionalism in communications
Required qualifications:
Current SNHU student in good academic standing
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email, and web-based technologies
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with limited supervision
Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Experience engaging diverse populations through phone or email communication
