About the role

McClure Engineering Company is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead complex civil engineering projects within the Development team. You will mentor junior members, guide design leadership, and ensure high-quality deliverables while acting as a technical thought leader both internally and with clients. The Senior PE will manage scheduling, budgets, and staffing, while coordinating with Project Managers to meet milestones and client expectations.
