Job Description Are You the Go-To for Turning Prints into Precision Tools? Do you thrive interpreting complex blueprints? Can you set reference points with confidence and bring fixtures to life with micrometer-level accuracy? If you answered yes, you’ll feel right at home on our aerospace tooling team. Enjoy strong benefits and steady opportunities for overtime. What You’ll TackleBuild to customer prints, specs, and rigorous quality requirements. Establish and coordinate tooling holes and reference points using straightedges and precision measuring equipment. Repair and rework existing tools to restore performance and accuracy. Produce fabrication sketches to clarify assemblies and steps. Run machine tools as needed: lathes, Bridgeport mills, and grinders. What You Need to Bring 5+ years of hands-on precision jig/fixture building. Advanced blueprint reading with GD&T plus 3D CAD model interpretation. Proficiency using precision measurement and hand metrology tools. Manual machining experience (mills, lathes, grinders) preferred. Solid mathematics and strong communication.
