Maintenance Planner

Location: Fremont, CA - 46401 Landing Pkwy - Advanced materials

Our ALOHA and Voltaix products are critical to the manufacturer of the newest computer chips required for Big Data and the Internet of Things. How Will You Contribute and Grow? Plan and schedule all process and facility maintenance work while demonstrating the importance of "Doing it Safely, Doing it Right, the First Time". Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Planner will be responsible for maintaining a robust, audit ready Planning and Scheduling Program for ALAM's Fremont facility. This position's responsibility includes ensuring that all documentation associated with equipment/instrument planned and unplanned intervention is captured and stored, throughout its entire life cycle from installation through decommissioning with strict adherence to applicable written procedures. The Planner will maintain the traceability and accuracy of all activities utilizing ALAM's CMMS.The Planner will build and maintain strong relationships and ensure that our value-added services are executed and properly documented in a timely, efficient and compliant way with focus on stakeholder satisfaction. Required qualifications:

High School diploma or GED with more than 5 years of Maintenance experience or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience
Strong spoken and written communication, internal & external customer service, and organizational skills.
Excellent working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).CMMS experience with SAP, Maximo, or eMaint a plus
Microsoft Projects experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior industrial gas experience
