About the role

The South Carolina Judicial Branch seeks a Law Clerk I in Family Court for a 2027-28 rotation across circuits 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14 and 15. This role supports Family Court judges with research, case management, and attendance at hearings statewide. Under CJAP supervision, the clerk will draft memoranda, manage calendars, and communicate with attorneys and parties to ensure timely action in accordance with court rules. A J.D.
