Experience operating or assisting with coating machines or manufacturing production preferred.
What You'll Do:
  • Set up and operate adhesive coating machines
  • Adjust speed, temperature, and adhesive flow
  • Load materials, take samples, and check quality
  • Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production running
  • Work safely with a team in a clean environment
