The Office Manager is employed on a full-time basis and is available at all times during work hours. Must be energetic, friendly and able to multitask in a fast paced office environment. Dependable, trustworthy, eager to learn/grow.QualificationsHigh School DiplomaOffice experience preferredGreat communication, time management and organizational skillsAbility to work as a team player - a MUSTMaintains a "can do" positive attitudeAbility to represent the company in a professional mannerAbility to handle multiple tasks at one timeExcellent written and verbal skillsMaintains a high degree of integrity in handling confidential mattersAbility to file folders/paperwork in correct alphabetical/numerical orderAbility to meet occasional high-pressure situations with a calm attitudeDetail oriented and efficientStrong initiativeGeneral duties include but are not limited to:Under direct/close supervision, performs a variety of basic and routine clerical & secretarial duties. These may include, but not limited to:Answering telephones & routing calls to the appropriate personPreparing & emailing routine correspondences with correct grammar, punctuation, spelling and neatnessCommunicating with customers/clientsMaintaining inventory of necessary office suppliesHelping to maintain a clean office area and breakroomRecording minute meetingsFilingScheduling appointments for doctors and cliniciansVerifying insuranceCompleting intakesAssisting with various basic personnel administrative functions as neededActing as backup to other personnel in the office as neededOther duties as assignedPhysical demands:This is largely a sedentary role but would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.Schedule:Monday to FridaySalary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)Shift availability:Day Shift (Required)Work location: In person
