The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Lead coordinates daily returned-material activities and helps guide the RMA team. This hands‐on role supports accurate receiving, tracking, storage, and movement of returned products while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily RMA workflow and assign tasks based on priorities. Receive returned products and verify part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, and supporting documentation. Record returns and inventory movements accurately in company systems. Label, organize, and maintain traceability of returned materials. Coordinate with repair, quality, inventory, and shipping teams on product disposition. Investigate discrepancies and escalation damaged products, missing documentation, or processing delays. Train team members on procedures, material handling, and documentation requirements. Monitor outstanding returns and support timely processing. Maintain an organized work area and follow safety and applicable ESD procedures. Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and turnaround time.
Suggested Qualifications:
Experience in RMA, warehouse operations, inventory control, or shipping and receiving. Previous team lead or employee training experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Familiarity with inventory systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
