What You'll Do:
- Operate and monitor the Miraflex press to meet safety, quality, and production targets
- Lead set ups, changeovers, and job verification
- Troubleshoot mechanical, print, and material issues
- Ensure quality checks and documentation are completed accurately
- Communicate with maintenance, ink, and production teams
- Support and mentor crew members
- What You Bring
- Frequent reading, writing, and basic computer use
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling and lifting up to 50+ lbs
- Shift work required, including 12-hour and 7-day rotating schedules
