Key Details- Assignment Type: Locum Tenens- Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient- Start Date: 1/1/2027- Schedule: Clinic shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM); 24-hour call (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM); night call (5:00 PM - 7:00 AM)- Patient Population: All Ages- Location: Hood River, OR- Stipends: Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates

Job Responsibilities: Provide inpatient and outpatient care, including deliveries and gynecological procedures.- Manage both low and high-risk pregnancies.- Participate in 8 call shifts per month, with responsibilities including emergency care as needed.- Conduct routine and complicated deliveries including C-sections, breech and multiple births.- Perform office and minor gynecology procedures.
Qualifications: Active Oregon license- Board certified or board eligible within 3-5 years- BLS and NRP certifications required- Capable of obtaining OB and GYN privileges with sufficient case log evidence
Working Hours: Clinic: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM- 24-hour calls: 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM- Night calls: 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Skills: Expertise in routine and complicated deliveries.- Proficient in OB and GYN inpatient and outpatient procedures.- Strong decision-making skills for surgical interventions, including C-sections.- Skilled in FHR interpretation and OB ultrasound performance and interpretation.- Familiarity with gynecological surgery preferred, but not required.
