About the role
TP ICAP Group seeks a Head of Production, Americas, to lead a business-critical electronic trading platform (RealQ) across the Americas from New York. You will own the health of the production environment, oversee incident management, and drive a roadmap for production readiness, resilience, and automation while partnering with Engineering, Infrastructure and external providers.
The role requires 5+ years in production management within financial services, deep knowledge of fixed-income trading
