About the role
Pepper Home is seeking a Creative Senior Associate to join our Austin team. You will produce photo and video content for our website, social channels, and marketing campaigns, blending hands-on production with creative collaboration across departments.
The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of combined photo/video experience, strong editing and lighting skills, and a solid grasp of color and brand consistency.
