Aon is seeking candidates for a Surety Account Executive/Broker Position to join our Construction Services Group (CSG)! This hybrid role (2–3 days onsite weekly) from a local Aon office in Dallas, Houston, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. At Aon, you won't just manage accounts—you'll lead strategy. As a top broker with strong, long-standing relationships across all major surety markets, you'll gain direct access to decision-makers and play a central role in shaping complex, high-impact bonding programs for major domestic and global clients. You will also work collaboratively with internal sales producers, insurance account executives, and other surety team members to bring in new clients or prospects. Skills and experience that will lead to success include 5+ years of experience in the surety industry, relationship building, ability to travel, well-developed communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and technical proficiency. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience. Must have the willingness to obtain an active Property and Casualty license within four months of hire (90 days). Pay Transparency Laws The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $134,000 to $225,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
