Overview: Seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our busy Morris County Import Automotive Dealership. This is a key leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid understanding of the dealership process.
Responsibilities: Oversee all office operations and administrative staff. Manage accounting processes (AP/AR, payroll, commissions/chargebacks, co-op, warranty schedule. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all dealership procedures. Work closely with sales and service departments. Reconcile schedules and prepare monthly financial reports and monthly close. Maintain and organize bank reconciliations, deal postings, and posting of inventory. Oversee compliance with all state regulations.
Requirements: Prior automotive dealership experience required. Strong knowledge of dealership accounting systems. (Auto Mate preferred)Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Reliable and professional. Team player, approachable, and have a positive attitude.
