About the role

Assort Health is building a continuous conversation for every patient with AI agents and production-ready models. We seek a Research Engineer to own core models and pipelines from idea to production, improving speech, memory, and tool-calling within healthcare applications. You will lead end-to-end model development, evaluate progress, and ship high-impact improvements while working with a fast-growing team in the SF area. A PhD is not required.
