JOB SUMMARY: The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the technical management of Mar Tech and IT activities, ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of technical issues. This contract position involves project management, quality assurance, and collaborative problem-solving within a cross-functional team environment. Ability to work remotely within the U.S.Must reside in Eastern Standard Time—East Coast U.S.
Employment Type: Contract, up to 12 hours per weekPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Technical management of all Mar Tech and IT activity, including troubleshooting any technical issues, managing IT tickets to completion, and working with all cross-functional support functions to address issues. Attends weekly meetings to address all outstanding issues. Project management of all projects, including discovery, communicating specific requirements, and troubleshooting and communicating any technical requirements not included in SOW.Proactive quality assurance of the brand’s website, regularly reviewing the website and data to ensure accuracy and identify any potential API or database issue, working with the appropriate teams to troubleshoot and resolve. Helps in QAing new website enhancements or API/plugin changes to ensure expected results. Performs other duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work efficiently within a cross-functional team environment where design, development, and IT are a collaborative effort. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Familiarity with Wordpress is a plus. Familiarity with PIM systems (e.g., Salsify) and other product/asset/information databases (e.g., Widen) is a plus. Familiarity with Web Dev tools such as Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Composer, Bit Bucket are a plus.
