REPS & Co. is hiring a Sports & Theatre Processing Specialist to ensure purchased tickets are accurately recorded, listed, and prepared for pricing and sale. The role blends inventory processing, quality control, and refund tracking with CSR calling support. You will work with brokers and internal teams to resolve issues, meet deadlines, and prevent incorrect deliveries or canceled sales while maintaining high data accuracy and customer service standards.
