About the role
- Oversee daily operations of the reservations department
- Manage and train reservation agents to deliver outstanding service
- Monitor and optimize room inventory
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and revenue teams to drive bookings
- Handle complex guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Proven experience in hotel reservations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with hotel reservation systems and property management software (Opera Cloud would be a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
