- Performs general office procedures such as e-mail, voice mail, distributing the mail, filing, answering the phone and copying materials.
- Enrolls new students to the District and completes related data input.
- Assists with count day information as needed.
- Handle all student records in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and other applicable privacy laws.
- Creates CA60 files for new enrollments.
- Support buildings with updating and maintaining student information in SIS.Support buildings with MCIR (Michigan Care Improvement Registry).Manage Schools of Choice applications, including In-District Transfers and employee non-resident requests.
- Code student records accurately in PowerSchool, including pupil accounting information.
- Address residency-related issues, including processing residential affidavits, release requests, and handling student move-out situations.
- Maintain confidentiality of student records in compliance with FERPA.File, organize, and manage program-specific paperwork and digital files.
