About the role
- (not limited to):Perform housekeeping on a daily basis to maintain a safe work environment.
- Use of some power tools such as drills, grinders, buffers, and sanders.
- Read measuring devices such as tape measures.
- Basic knowledge of operating power tools.
- Responsible for the quality of the work you do.
- Work quickly under pressure and be able to work overtime.
- Work in a noisy environment.
- Responsible for working safely.
- Education and/or Experience:
- High school education or equivalent (preferred) Manufacturing experience of 1 year (preferred, but will train)
- (PPE) requirements could include dust masks, gloves, and chemical resistant suits
- Ability to work an 8 -10 hour shift standing, bending, reaching.
- Moderate lifting ability up to 40 lbs.
- The facility is not climate controlled, must be able to work in seasonal environments.
- Work is often completed in a loud dusty environment.
- Capable of getting in and out of boats.
- Must be able to use hands and wrists frequently.
