NEA Union position Position Type: Full-time Job Categories: Student Services > Psychologist Welcome to Old County Road Elementary Old County Road School is a kindergarten through grade five elementary school in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Our faculty, staff, and administrator strive to create a joyful environment where students have a sense of belonging and significance.
