About the role
Driving market strategies and empowering partners, the full-time remote Consultant & Broker Relations Manager will build strategic relationships, expand broker-driven sales opportunities, and develop targeted engagement plans to enhance pipeline growth.
Key responsibilities
Serve as a strategic relationship builder to position the company as a market leader in consumer-driven healthcare
Collaborate with regional sales teams to activate and expand broker-driven sales opportunities
Develop targeted territory and engagement plans that convert relationships into results
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in a channel, broker, or go-to-market leadership role with knowledge of TPA and health plan markets
Strong familiarity with consumer-driven healthcare benefits and financial or payment solutions technology
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience
Strong business acumen and executive presence with analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse and senior audiences in a fast-paced environment
