Confidential Search in Southern California is seeking a Sales Director to lead our Building Automation sales organization. You will shape strategy, mentor ~10 sales professionals across service, retrofit, and project-driven opportunities, and own the growth trajectory. Compensation includes a base salary of $215K–$240K with an uncapped annual bonus of 50%+ tied to company and sales growth. Relocation assistance is available.
