About the role

Cummings Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead all aspects of recruiting for portfolios across operating locations in the United States. This exempt, full-time role reports to the Senior Human Resources Administrator and requires extensive experience recruiting for highly technical aerospace roles. The successful candidate will source, screen, and manage candidates, coordinate interviews with program directors and customers, and negotiate compensation.
