About the role
Our client, a leading global industrial and manufacturing company, is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator! This is onsite 5 days a week, in Fairfield, Ohio.*This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits offered! *In this role, you will support recruiting and hiring activities by reviewing candidate applications, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with offer and onboarding activities. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate the hiring process, track candidate progress, and maintain accurate recruiting documentation.
Responsibilities:
Review candidate applications and resumes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Prepare and process offer documentation for selected candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, HR, Talent Acquisition Support, or a related field Prior experience recruiting for the manufacturing or supply chain industry Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems Previous experience preparing employment offers or onboarding documentation Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
