About the role
- 100% outpatient primary care
- Full-time schedule with 4- or 5-day work week options
- Quickly build your practice with an established patient base
- Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including acute and chronic disease management
- Ability to perform small office procedures (laceration repair, wart removal, I&D, etc.)Opportunity for Medical Directorship
- Average patient volume: 20–25 patients per day
- Minimal call: 1–2 times per month, shared across the region; After-hours calls screened through an RN triage service

- Role Expectations
- Establish and manage a patient panel drawn from Paoli and surrounding communities
- Deliver full-spectrum primary care with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and continuity
- Use measurable quality-based data to improve patient outcomes

- MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine–Pediatrics
- Passion for rural health and community engagement
- Interest in teaching and leadership opportunities
