Travel: Annual visits to 4 smaller sites in PA, KS, AZ, and FL
Pay:
$95,000 to $110,000 per year
Own the safety culture at a 150-employee manufacturing plant and four smaller sites, as the hands-on EHS leader who lives safety, not just preaches it.
Must-Haves
3+ years of plant-level safety and environmental experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical field
Experience with safety training, auditing, and workers' compensation
Knowledge of environmental compliance and EHS recordkeeping
Assertive, energetic leadership style with the ability to manage up and down
Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach
What You'll Do:
Lead the EHS function as the sole safety professional for a 150-employee non-union plant
Support four smaller manufacturing and distribution sites in PA, KS, AZ, and FL
Strengthen safety culture and employee engagement
Deliver safety training and conduct audits
Manage workers' compensation and EHS systems administration
Manage EHS activities through an ISO-based platform and reporting tools
Maintain EHS metrics, recordkeeping, and environmental compliance
Roll out corporate programs and partner closely with Corporate EHS
Nice-to-Haves
ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 experience
CSP, ASP, or CHMM certification
Multi-site EHS support experience
Compensation and Benefits: $95,000 to $110,000 per year
