Location Requirement This position is based in Rochester, NY, and requires daily, in-person participation. Applicants must be local or within commuting distance. Remote work is not available. As a Brand Marketing Associate, your role is to create genuine connections — turning everyday conversations into positive, memorable experiences. This is a position where energy, personality, and communication matter. You’ll be working alongside a team, learning how to engage people, build trust, and represent brands with confidence. No experience is required. We’ll teach you everything you need — from how to approach conversations to how to grow into leadership roles. What your days might look like You could be working on a busy campaign, interacting with new people, answering questions, and helping customers understand what a brand offers.
