About the role

We AreBOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.
Who We Are: BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service. As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.
Role Overview: Aero Ventures is growing its aircraft transactions capability, and every deal generates a significant checklist of items that currently gets distributed across brokers and operations staff whose primary accountability lies elsewhere. As Transaction Manager, you'll own transaction execution from letter of intent through delivery receipt across all Aero Ventures deals: escrow, title searches, lien clearance, pre-purchase inspection coordination, and the complete closing document set. The division of labor is deliberate: the broker owns the client, the price, and the negotiation, and you own the process, the paperwork, the dates, and the movement of money. This is a seat built for someone who wants to be the single accountable owner for reliable deal execution and funds controls, not just a support function behind other people's deals.
What You’ll Do: Manage escrow engagement, FAA and International Registry title searches, and lien clearance for each transaction. Schedule and oversee pre-purchase inspection induction, discrepancy resolution, return to service, and technical acceptance. Prepare and manage the complete closing document set for every deal. Maintain Salesforce as the system of record for transaction dates, contract attributes, and task completion. Own the process, paperwork, dates, and movement of money from letter of intent through delivery receipt. Serve as the single accountable owner for funds controls across the transaction lifecycle.
Required Qualifications: Four to eight years of experience in aircraft transaction management, aviation title and escrow, aviation legal support, or aircraft management with direct transaction exposure. Command of the closing document set and FAA registration mechanics. Salesforce fluency. Willingness to travel to inspection facilities, closings, and deliveries as deals require.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with International Registry filings and cross-border title or lien matters. Prior experience in a dedicated transaction management or aviation legal support seat. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
