We are seeking a reliable and organized Security/Receptionist to join our team at West Chicago Living and Rehab Center LLC, located in Wheaton, IL. As a Security/Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facility, while also providing exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and visitors.
About the Role:
Monitor the entrance of our facility and ensure that all visitors and staff check in and have their temperature taken.
Verify the identity of residents and ensure they are authorized to leave the building.
Provide directions to visitors and help them reach their intended destinations.
Assist residents with their smoking materials.
Maintain a secure and clean environment, ensuring the safety of all individuals within the facility.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Minimum Years of Experience: 1
PERC card
Ability to work a FULL_TIME schedule with flexibility to cover various shifts
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
