Key Qualifications & Requirements: 0–4 years of experience in customer support; open to motivated recent verbal and written communication abilities; comfortable with client interactions via phone and email. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; eagerness to master CRM tools. Passion for manufacturing and technical products; past exposure to production or engineering is an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical discipline is beneficial. Enthusiasm to engage with Product Engineering and Manufacturing teams, with training provided. In this role, you will actively engage with approximately 200 accounts, uncovering opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer specifications into engineered solutions, playing a critical role from initial inquiry to final delivery.
