Meet new business production/Sales goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Developongoing networking relationships with similar business structures
Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Requirements
Must Be Willing To Obtain Property and Casualty License andLife License.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Create relationships from a cold start.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
