About the role

Mission Control Associate We are hiring Mission Control Associates to support the real-time operations of a rapidly growing autonomous ride-hailing program. In this role, you will work behind the scenes from a Service Operations Command Center, helping ensure autonomous vehicle trips are completed safely, efficiently, and successfully. Mission Control operates similarly to air traffic control, but for a fleet of autonomous vehicles. You will monitor fleet activity, respond to operational issues, coordinate vehicle recovery when necessary, troubleshoot basic vehicle concerns, and communicate with multiple teams to keep service operations running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are tech-savvy, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced operations environment.
Key Responsibilities: Support real-time autonomous vehicle service operations from the Service Operations Command Center Monitor fleet activity and individual vehicle operations Complete pre-mission startup checklists to ensure operational teams are ready for service Serve as the first point of contact for basic vehicle troubleshooting Identify operational issues and create service disruption tickets using an internal ticketing system Escalate technical or operational concerns to the appropriate teams Dispatch Fleet Response crews when vehicles require assistance or recovery Coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide timely status updates Manage operational configurations, including restricted service areas and hours of operation Respond to changing road conditions, traffic incidents, civic events, emergency scenes, and other service disruptions Maintain accurate operational documentation Assist with process improvements to increase safety and service efficiency Communicate clearly and professionally with operations, fleet, technical, and support teams Schedule & ShiftsAM Shift Options: Tuesday Saturday: 9:30 AM 6:00 PMSunday Thursday: 9:30 AM 6:00 PMFriday Tuesday: 9:30 AM 6:00 PMPM Shift Option: Friday Tuesday: 5:30 PM 2:00 AMTraining Schedule New hires will complete training Monday through Friday based on their assigned shift: AM Training: 9:30 AM 6:00 PMPM Training: 5:30 PM 2:00 AMCandidates must be able to commit to the required training schedule.
Requirements: Must be able to work fully on-site in Las Vegas, NVExcellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer literacy and confidence navigating computer-based systems Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software, dashboards, and internal tools Ability to monitor multiple situations and priorities simultaneously Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Proactive, resourceful, and able to respond appropriately to changing operational conditions Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple teams Comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-focused operations environment Reliable and able to work the assigned schedule, including weekends where required Must be able to pass required background screening and drug screening Must comply with the company's Substance Abuse Policy Active Nevada driver's license and clean driving record

Interview Process: Selected candidates will interview with members of the Mission Control leadership team. Interview Availability: Monday Friday Interview Window: Approximately 8:00/9:00 AM 11:30 PM PST, depending on interviewer availability Candidates who successfully complete the interview and hiring requirements may be considered for the October 19, 2026 training cohort.
