You'll play a vital role in helping clients navigate complex regulatory processes while developing deep subject-matter expertise in a specialized and in-demand area of law. What You'll Do: Prepare and submit applications to state and federal agencies for the manufacturing, distribution, and sale of alcoholic beverages Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure filings are accurate, compliant, and timely Develop expertise in New York and New Jersey Alcoholic Beverage Control laws and regulations Communicate directly with clients and government agencies, building strong professional relationships
What We're Looking For: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF editing/management tools Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities Comfort working in a Windows-based environment Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with confidence
