About the role

Zinn Insurance is scaling with intention. Our target: 10X growth in five years. This role exists to drive that growth through new revenue. You will hunt, control, and close mid-market group benefits accounts (20–150 lives). You are not servicing accounts. You are not managing renewals. You are not “checking in.” You are building a book of business that becomes a long-term asset. We are a small firm playing a bigger game. Speed matters. Accountability matters. Production matters. This is a career seat — not a steppingstone. BOX 2: What You Own Aggressive outbound prospecting High-control discovery meetings Strategic benefit presentations to decision‑makers Confident closes Signed BORs and new revenue in the door Disciplined sales process inside Monday.com Weekly activity KPIs Monthly revenue targets 12-month validated producer milestone You will operate in growth‑driven business environments — executive peer groups, scaling leadership circles, high‑performance founders. We compete on strategy, positioning, and execution — not commodity pricing. BOX 3: Who This Role Is Built For You are: Fast‑moving and decisive Competitive and outcome‑driven Comfortable pushing for decisions Energized by pressure Unfazed by rejection Motivated by performance‑based income You likely come from high‑performance B2B sales (PEO, payroll, SaaS, financial services, etc.). You do not need benefits experience. You do need a proven closing track record. If you change roles for marginal base salary increases, this is not for you. If you want to build something meaningful, grow with a scaling firm, and create long‑term income tied to your book — this is your lane. Competitive base Uncapped commission Renewal of income after validation Clear 12‑month validated producer benchmark Leadership path as the firm scales We reward production. There is no ceiling. #J-18808-Ljbffr

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
