Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offers and facilitating smooth onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organization, and a deep understanding of the healthcare talent market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Manage the candidate experience and provide timely updates and feedback Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires. Provide clerical and operational support to the HR department. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 1 year of recent healthcare recruitment experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ATS platforms. Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to take on new responsibilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
