About the role
- Assist licensed electricians with residential electrical installations, repairs, and service work
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems and components
- Help install wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and electrical panels
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members, homeowners, and management
- Participate in on-the-job training and apprenticeship development programs
- What You BringHigh school diploma or GED preferred 3 years or more of apprentice experience
- Previous construction, electrical, or trade experience is a plus but not required
- Strong desire to learn and build a career in the electrical industry
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Physical Capabilities
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other confined areas
- Stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods
- Work safely in various outdoor weather conditions
- Use hand and power tools requiring manual dexterity
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass our hiring process, including assessments, interviews, background check, and drug screen
- Commitment to learning the electrical trade and following safety standards
