About the role

Helping a client understand their options and feel confident about the next step is the core of this role. When someone is comparing coverage plans or unsure where to start, your ability to walk them through each choice clearly and patiently is what makes the difference. As a Business Development Associate in Vienna, you will meet with clients, review their current situation, and present solutions that fit their needs. You will follow up on pending decisions, answer questions, and keep each case moving forward. An independent opportunity with structured training and support as you build your career. Day to day, your work includes scheduling and preparing for client meetings, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with your team to ensure nothing falls through. You will learn the products and processes through hands-on coaching so you can guide conversations with confidence. No prior insurance experience is needed. If you communicate clearly, listen well, and can keep organized notes across multiple conversations, this role gives you the foundation to build from. This is a full-time, on-site position in Vienna, VA. Apply to learn more about how this client-facing role works and what the team looks like day to day.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
